Mt. Rainier (2010)
August 25, 2010
Difficulty level: intermediate
This event was held in the past.
This intermediate climb is up Mt. Rainier's south face following the Camp Muir route. The climb will last 3 days and will be led by the great guides at Alpine Ascents. Beginners are welcome, but just remember that this is a VERY strenuous climb and it should not be taken lightly. Climbers should be able to carry a 50 lbs back pack for 7 hours up to Camp Muir on day one.
